• To process a warranty claim: You must supply the original purchase information including purchase date, location and receipt. Sorry, we cannot honor third party extended warrantees.

• For vacuums purchased at SEARS: To have your vacuum (Kenmore, or any other brand) repaired under Warranty, please return to Sears for the service they provide on their own merchandise.

FYI - Most vacuums come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, meaning that the vacuum company guarantees against various manufacturing defects that would compromise the performance of your vacuum.
This does not include: the replacement of "wear items" such as bags, belts, light bulbs and filters, also clogs, or wear and tear on brush roller. Nor does it include blatant mis-use or attempts at repair by unauthorized warranty stations or owner. Please see your vacuum's owner's manual for specific details of your warranty contract!
